Greenhaven
is a newer neighborhood built around a neighborhood park, in eastern part of Colorado Springs – east of Powers Blvd and North of Dublin Blvd. The homes were built by John Laing Homes from 2004-2007. Half the neighborhood homes are “Cottage Series” homes with low maintenance yards and many with great balconies. The northern half of the neighborhood offers larger homes “Windchime Series” – some with great side and front patios with stone gas fireplaces.
