John Arends of ReMax Properties was the real estate agent for many homeowners in Greenhaven, when they bought their new Greenhaven John Laing home in 2004, 2005 and 2006.

In 2007, the Greenhaven Real Estate market shifted right along with the rest of the city. The beginning of the year brought us the final John Laing brand new sales of the neighborhood.
